Scope

This Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, disclosed, and retained when you use the Moggmon website, wallet connection flows, inventory views, V2 claim, pack opening, crafting, redemption, and related support or official web features.

Public blockchain activity is public by design. Wallet addresses, token ownership, transfers, approvals, mints, claims, pack openings, VRF request and fulfillment events, redemptions, and contract calls may be permanently visible to anyone and are not controlled exclusively by us.

Information we collect

We may collect wallet addresses, connected chain IDs, signature and SIWE session data, claim allocation and proof status, transaction hashes, token IDs, SKU IDs, balances, inventory state, reveal batch IDs, redemption activity, support messages, abuse reports, and other information you provide.

We may also collect device, browser, IP address, log, diagnostic, performance, error, security, referral, and approximate location information generated when your browser interacts with the website, our servers, or service providers.

We do not intentionally collect private keys, seed phrases, passkey private material, or wallet recovery codes. Do not submit them.

How we collect information

We collect information directly from you, from your browser or device, from wallet connection and signature flows, from public blockchain networks, from RPC and indexing providers, from marketplace or exchange links you choose to use, and from service providers that help operate the website.

The site may use local storage or similar browser storage for settings and product state, such as sound preferences, dismissed gift-claim prompts, wallet session state, cached query state, and other interface preferences.

How we use information

We use information to operate Moggmon, connect wallets, authenticate sessions, display inventory, verify claim eligibility, show contract state, submit or monitor user-approved transactions, process pack opening and reveal status, support crafting and redemption flows, debug errors, prevent abuse, secure the service, comply with law, and improve reliability.

We may use aggregated or deidentified information to understand performance, feature usage, contract behavior, inventory indexing, and product health.

How we disclose information

We may disclose information to infrastructure, hosting, CDN, wallet, RPC, indexing, analytics, error-monitoring, security, support, marketplace, exchange, and professional-service providers that help us operate or protect Moggmon.

We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, court order, sanctions screening, security investigation, rights enforcement, fraud prevention, business transfer, financing, merger, acquisition, bankruptcy, or other corporate transaction.

We do not knowingly sell personal information for money. Some privacy laws define sale, sharing, targeted advertising, or profiling broadly; if those laws apply, you may contact us through official support channels to exercise available rights.

Wallets and blockchain visibility

When you connect a wallet, your wallet provider may share account and chain information with the site. When you sign or submit transactions, your wallet provider, RPC provider, blockchain validators, indexers, block explorers, and other third parties may process or display information about that activity.

Blockchain records are generally permanent. We cannot delete, alter, or make private public blockchain data, even if we delete or limit related offchain records under our control.

Cookies and local storage

Moggmon may use cookies, local storage, session storage, or similar technologies for authentication, security, preferences, wallet state, interface state, rate limiting, debugging, and product reliability.

Blocking storage may prevent parts of the site from working, including wallet sessions, claim prompts, sound preferences, cached inventory, or security features.

Retention and security

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, including product operation, security, fraud prevention, debugging, legal compliance, accounting, dispute resolution, backups, and auditability. Public blockchain data may persist indefinitely outside our control.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate for the nature of the information. No website, wallet, RPC, indexer, network, or storage system can be guaranteed secure.

Your choices and rights

You can disconnect your wallet, clear browser storage, use a different wallet, decline optional signatures, avoid linking public profiles, and stop using the site. Some features may not work without a connected wallet or browser storage.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, deletion, correction, portability, restriction, objection, opt-out, or non-discrimination regarding certain personal information. Contact us through official support channels and we will evaluate the request under applicable law.

Children and restricted users

Moggmon is not directed to children. Do not use Moggmon if you are under the age of legal majority where you live or if applicable law does not permit you to use blockchain collectibles, tokens, random reveal mechanics, or the connected services.

If you believe a child has provided personal information through the website, contact us through official support channels so we can review the issue.

International use

Information may be processed in the United States and other jurisdictions where we or our service providers operate. Those jurisdictions may have different data protection laws than where you live.

Do not use Moggmon if your use would violate applicable laws, sanctions, export controls, or platform restrictions.

Changes and contact

We may update this policy as the website, contracts, providers, law, or data practices change. Updated policies apply prospectively when posted, except where a different effective date is stated.

Questions and privacy requests should be sent through the official support or social channels linked from the Moggmon website. Do not send private keys, seed phrases, or confidential wallet recovery material.
